
Students from T.G. Masaryka, Moravské Budějovice, Czech Republic have been working on project mission “New Park” as part of their PULCHRA project.
UNEP/GRID-Warsaw, officially registered as an NGO, has been implementing the United Nations Environment Programme’s (UNEP) mission in Poland since 1991. We cooperate with many national and international partners – local authorities, educational entities and companies implementing CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) policies – widely promoting sustainable development approach. Our centre is an important node of the educational community in Poland, specializing in supporting science and geoinformation education through direct work with schools, teachers and the youth. We coordinate the GLOBE Program in Poland and support European Citizen Science Association (ECSA), promoting citizen science and crowdsourcing as viable forms of public participation in organized research and Earth observation efforts.
